The pool room is used for storage and houses the controls
for the automatic watering systems. The underwater lights and the lights
around the pool are also controlled from here.

The large shaded area by the shallow end can provide
welcome relief from the sun, and there are views down to Kyrenia and the
sea.
|
St Hilarion Castle is right at the pinnacle of this mountain. There is a path to enable you to walk there from the house in about an hour and a half, and it is an unforgettable walk. |
By the deep end there is a shower, two changing rooms
and two toilets.
|
The steps leading up to the house. Note that the pool
area is not fenced off, so all children need to be both confident in the
water and supervised at all times. Young children would be at risk if
they were allowed to get down here on their own. This house is not suitable
for non-swimmers because of this.
|
Water tanks keep a supply of water for the house in
the event of water shortages (which can happen during the summer months.)
Beyond them, the middle terrace has soft fruit and olive trees.
